How Long Does it Take to Deliver?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with most orders going the same day, if ordered before 1.30pm.
Depending on what delivery method you select at checkout will determine how long it takes for delivery.
As a general rule; please see delivery lead times below:
Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days
Express Delivery - 1-2 working days
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery within these delivery windows, and external factors such as weather, seasonal busyness can all play an issue if deliveries are delayed.
How Do I Check the Status of my order?
Have you checked your emails?
We send a number of emails including dispatch emails and tracking information emails. If you haven't received these, please check your junk folder.
You can also check the status of your order by clicking "login" at the top right of the screen. Once logged in with the email and password you used to place the order, you will see "Order History" on the left hand side menu. From here you will be able to see the status of any and all orders that you have raised.
Can I Cancel My Order
Depending on the status of your order will depend if you can cancel your order or not.
Can I find out when a product will be back in stock
While we do our best to hold high stock levels of all of our products, but sometimes we go out of stock.
If a product is out of stock - simply click the "Email me when back in stock" button and pop in your email address.
We will then send you an email as soon as this product is back in stock with us.
How Much Is Delivery?
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £100.
For any orders less then £100 a delivery cost of £4.99 for standard delivery.
We are also able to offer Premium Delivery on all orders, at a cost of £7.99
Where Do you deliver to?
We delivery to all the UK - including Jersey, Gurnsey and Northern Ireland
Is International Delivery Avaliable?
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver outside the UK at the moment.

How Long Do I have To Return?
If you aren't entirely happy with your purchase, you can return a purchase up to 14 days after you purchased it.
There is a returns fee of £3.99 for each collection, regardless of the number of items you return. This will be deducted from your credit.
Refund will be for the product value less any discounts, and excluding outward shipping.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. All packaging must be returned. Any products not returned with their packaging intact may be refused a refund or replacement.
We are unable to accept any curtains that have been altered or if the curtain tape has been pulled.
How Do I Return an item?
To return an item, please locate your order by clicking "login" at the top right of the screen. Once logged in with the email and password you used to place the order, you will see "Order History" on the left hand side menu.
From this menu, navigate to the correct order, and select "Return Items".
Select the items you wish to return, and select a reason for the return.
You will then shortly receive an email from us with a prepaid returns label, and your nearest drop off point.
Simply repackage the goods putting the returns slip inside, and the returns label on the outside and drop at your nearest Parceldrop location.

I Have a Faulty Product, What Do I Do?
While we do our best to ensure we quality check all our products, sometimes there are going to be faulty products. Don't worry, we are here to help!
